The Fine Print

This policy outlines key rules regarding session cancellations, make-ups, and holiday scheduling:

Student/Client Absence: Missed sessions due to personal illness or vacation are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or made up.

Tutor Absence: If the tutoring service cancels a session due to illness, they will make reasonable efforts to offer a make-up session.

Holiday Schedule: Notifications regarding tutoring availability around holidays will be sent via text or email in advance to assist with planning.
